The latest info is that he was alive when the Iraqi forces showed up. Pulling him out of the wrecked house on a stretcher, Zark recognized that Americans were arriving and he tried to escape by rolling off...and then he died.
Sweet...he lived long enough to know he was owned.
Update: In an unbelievable new low, ABC posts the name and picture of the guy who ratted out the Zarq man. This media we have now is beyond redemption. One only wonders? Does ABC think they are doing a service to anyone with this coverage, do they care, or are they actively subverting the war effort. I subscribe to the latter.
I wouldn't piss on ABC if they were on fire.
