How Christians are treated in Indonesia...

Warning...VERY graphic photos. A comment on the thread: A child's head!! These people claim to be exemplars of God's morality and yet they behead children! If there is a better reason to war against these radical Islamism monsters, I do not know it.

What century are we living in again? Photo's like these should be shown in every paper in the US. This is what we are dealing with. Cultural equivalence be damned.

Some commenters are protesting that at least some of these pictures are of beheaded Muslims...but there are various views of what went on. It should also be noted that most of these photos stem from Indonesian racial/economic strife - a campaign of violence directed towards the wealthy Chinese merchant class by the poorer masses. Indeed the majority of perpetrators were Muslims but the victims were targetted because they were Chinese. Some of the Chinese may indeed have been Christians, but to categorize this violence as Muslim vs. Christian jihad is simply incorrect. and I think he lives in the area, and as I recall, he said that some of the photo's you see are Christian's taking revenge for the atrocities committed by Muslims against them. I believe the last photo, the child's head, is one of those. and Those pictures are authentic, by the way. They are pictures of the conflict between the indigeneous Dayak tribes against the immigrant Madurese tribes on Borneo island circa 2000 - 2001. It seems to be more of a social / economic related, and less religiously inspired. Perhaps. But we do know what was the basis for this...
